    This is a cover from the Indian State Kishangarh.  It was sent on November 11, 1924.  The interesting thing about this one is that it is a local usage of official mail with a seal.  It also features 3 copies of SG 65a, the 1 Anna Red without a stop.  This is valued at L24x8 in the SG Catalog.  This is a RARE Usage.  A lovely and wonderful item for an India States collection.
