Description

For your consideration is a large antique Chinese carved lapis lazuli 9 dragon carving. The lapis stone has a vibrant blue colour with lighter inclusions and golden specks, as seen in pictures. Beautiful carving of 9 dragons with clouds, flames and fire pearl decorate this impressive piece. The bottom of this bowl is carved with dragon tails among swirling seawater-like motif. Very heavy, almost 3kg.  Beautiful wooden stand included.
Condition:
Stone with natural inclusions and lines. Age related wear.
