Shipping:
Domestic shipping is done Monday through Friday with UPS, USPS, or other heavy freight carriers based on shipping location usually within 1 business day of cleared payment. If payment is cleared before 3:00pm EST, your order will deliver the next business day.
If payment is cleared after 3:00pm EST, your order will ship the next business day.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING - SATURDAY DELIVERY
When selecting UPS Next Day Service (on a Friday), please note the following information:
If payment has cleared before 3:00pm EST, your order will ship Friday for delivery by the following Monday.
If payment has cleared after 3:00pm EST, your order will ship the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If Saturday delivery is needed, you must contact us and confirm before 3:00pm EST. Please note Saturday delivery will incur a higher shipping cost; On-Site Industrial Services LLC reserves the right to bill customers for any additional charges.
If Next Day delivery is only requested in "notes to seller" prior to payment, On-Site Industrial Services LLC does not guarantee your order will ship as requested. This also applies to Next Day Early AM requests. Please contact  directly to ensure on-time delivery.
If you wish to ship collect on your account, please contact us before making payment so we may adjust your invoice as needed to exclude shipping charges.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Buyer is responsible for setting up freight shipping, o
nce buyer pays for item, we will send the information needed to set up trucking, we have forklifts and loading dock.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
UPS is the selected courier for all international shipments by default. However, upon receiving payment, On-Site Industrial Services LLC reserves the right to ship all international shipments via UPS. If international shipping is available to your delivery location via the United States Postal Service, we are happy to ship via USPS Express upon request. Please request USPS Express services before making payment. Should the eBay estimated shipping charges to your location be incorrect, On-Site Industrial Services LLC reserves the right to invoice you for any additional shipping costs. By purchasing from On-Site Industrial Services LLC, you agree to these terms.
Local Pickup:
We also provide local pickup as an option if you live near by and wanna avoid the shipping charges. If you do choose this as an option make sure you have the QR/Digit code for pickup, should be sent to your email after purchasing product. We cannot release the product without this code.
Returns:
We guarantee each sold item to be in the said condition stated on the corresponding listing. We don't offer a 30-day free return policy on damaged or defective sold items. Please note, the condition of all sold items is reviewed prior to shipment. Serial numbers are recorded for PCB boards and high value items prior to shipping. Once a returned item has been inspected and confirmed defective/damaged, a replacement unit will ship. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. However, our liability will not extend beyond the original purchase price of any item. We reserve the right to cancel transactions made in error, e.g. database glitches resulting in underpriced surplus.
